What kinds of photos work best?

High-resolution photos from a smartphone or camera work great. For best results, use the original photo file avoid screenshots or images saved from social media, since those may be too small or blurry. Even images texted to you and/or emailed can be suspect. Both can reduce the size of the image file.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer

12×18″ and 16×24″ which are 3:4 Aspect Ratios. Best for smartphone photos.

And 20×30″ prints which are 2:3 Aspect Ratios. Best for DSLR/camera photos.

If your photo doesn’t match perfectly because of the Aspect Ratio, cropping may be required and you can control that when you upload the image file. Don’t worry — we’ll also review your upload and make sure it looks great before printing.

How do I upload my photo?

Just select your size, then use the Upload Photo button on the product page. Once your order is placed, we’ll double-check the image quality and crop before going to print.

Will I get to see a preview?

Yes — if cropping or adjustments are needed you will see it on that page, If we see a problem we’ll send you a digital preview to approve before printing.

How are the prints made?

We use a process called dye sublimation to infuse your photo directly into coated aluminum. The result is a vibrant, durable print with incredible depth and detail — ready to hang right out of the box.

How do I hang my print?

Each print comes with a secure hanging system (French cleat). It’s simple to install and gives your metal art a modern “floating” look on the wall.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your print is on the way.

What if I’m not happy with my print?

If there’s ever an issue with print quality or damage during shipping, contact us right away — we’ll make it right. Because each piece is custom, we can’t accept general returns, but we stand behind every print we produce.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Metal prints make amazing gifts. You can ship directly to someone else — just enter their address at checkout.
